There's a part of me that just finds it really funny to imagine Peter Quill as the least slutty person in outer space. Or perhaps it alternates; his human-style sex drive might be pretty high in general, and everybody else finds him being 'always on' weird unless they're in rut or heat, and then when they are, they're way too much for him to handle except for (most of the time) the betas. His sex ed situation could be even worse/funnier in this scenario than in a canonverse one. How can he LARP Sexy Han Solo 24/7 when sex is this fraught! How tired are the other Ravagers and/or the other Guardians and/or random prisoners in the Kyln of hearing about this.

I also headcanon that canon Peter is very inclined to use being a honeytrap as a tactic. If he's not registering on the same sex scale as most any other species in space, what would he use to replace that? Does he try to spin his charm in a different direction? Or does he just get super wrecked sexually sometimes, hazard of the job ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯.

Or, maybe once he meets Ego, getting celestial powers triggers a presentation (no preference in which direction). Could go body horror with the sudden and possibly permanent change, could go psychological horror on learning that Ego has been dicking down millions since the dawn of time in order to be immensely awful and now Peter has inherited some of that legacy in a visceral way, could lead to him feeling more connected to the people around him now that he's A/B/O too.

I do ship Peter around pretty freely, so feel free to put him in a ship too. Exceptions that I don't ship him with: Kraglin, Ego, Kid Groot. OCs work too, especially for honeytrapping.

Basically, I like it as a world where slightly more feral people are more relaxed about the need to have hot animalistic sex. (Except for occasional times when they're a lot more feral about it.) I prefer when heats and ruts don't happen every month, or have symptoms resembling menstruation.

Gokudera is so thoroughly dedicated to (his ideas about) his job that I can easily see him as actively opting out of the "regularly get incredibly obsessed with sex and having a million babies" deal. But since he's been living on the streets for years pre-canon, it could be an involuntary thing, brought on by the rough circumstances, that he embraces. And then this determination/fortunate coincidence runs smack into the massive feelings Tsuna brings up in him. Since those are inextricably tied up with his job, presenting might still not be something he welcomes. Or if he stays null, what would that mean about the sexual aspect of a relationship? On Tsuna's side, is the idea of DIY pseudo-castration terrifying in that Gokudera way, or is it not unheard of? If it's involuntary, I'd love Tsuna to get indignant and protective about how rough Gokudera's life was and try to do things for him. Or maybe the null thing is actually kinda nice to his mind, because there's one big way in which Gokudera is calmer than the majority of people.

I'd love to see a whole lot of wondering about "worthiness" here, for pre-relationship or an established relationship. Omegaverse, but in space! Janeway/Seven is an old favorite of mine, but I don't think I've ever seen a A/B/O take on it. Here's some ideas on that, but feel free to ignore, write whatever inspires you!

- Being assimilated by the Borg left Seven without a designation. Most omegaverse related problems have been dealt with, and can easily be controlled with safe suppressants so that isn't much of a problem. Until Seven and the captain find themselves stranded in some planet, without those. What's the worst that could happen?
- Seven's behavior slowly changes around the captain. Neither notices it, but the rest of the crew sure does. No one else would get away with blatantly scenting the captain like that.

This is a weird group of Other prompts that didn't fit in my monster request, but here are some ideas.
Prissy rich boy/the wrong crowd - I'd love to see him broken down and degraded and begging for a knot from someone uncouth who he'd normally disdain. Expensive clothes ruined, torn or thrown in the dirt or covered with body fluids. Heat inducers as roofies would be perfect to make him lose control. Or he naively wanders into the wrong place where omegas are free for all. Maybe he thought he was a beta until he gets pushed around by a rough alpha and his hormones go crazy. Could end up getting bitten by some skeevy dealer and become their legal property. Lots of possibilities. Mixed gender group would be perfect, but whatever you prefer is ok!
Fucking machine - This could be part of "public use" (rigged up in the corner of a bar as entertainment?) or used for omega training. Could be a punishment if it's a dildo that doesn't have a knot so the omega is fucked for hours and never satisfied and has to beg.
