There's a part of me that just finds it really funny to imagine Peter Quill as the least slutty person in outer space. Or perhaps it alternates; his human-style sex drive might be pretty high in general, and everybody else finds him being 'always on' weird unless they're in rut or heat, and then when they are, they're way too much for him to handle except for (most of the time) the betas. His sex ed situation could be even worse/funnier in this scenario than in a canonverse one. How can he LARP Sexy Han Solo 24/7 when sex is this fraught! How tired are the other Ravagers and/or the other Guardians and/or random prisoners in the Kyln of hearing about this.
I also headcanon that canon Peter is very inclined to use being a honeytrap as a tactic. If he's not registering on the same sex scale as most any other species in space, what would he use to replace that? Does he try to spin his charm in a different direction? Or does he just get super wrecked sexually sometimes, hazard of the job ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯.
Or, maybe once he meets Ego, getting celestial powers triggers a presentation (no preference in which direction). Could go body horror with the sudden and possibly permanent change, could go psychological horror on learning that Ego has been dicking down millions since the dawn of time in order to be immensely awful and now Peter has inherited some of that legacy in a visceral way, could lead to him feeling more connected to the people around him now that he's A/B/O too.
I do ship Peter around pretty freely, so feel free to put him in a ship too. Exceptions that I don't ship him with: Kraglin, Ego, Kid Groot. OCs work too, especially for honeytrapping.

n!Gokudera Hayato/o!Sawada Tsuna
Gokudera is so thoroughly dedicated to (his ideas about) his job that I can easily see him as actively opting out of the "regularly get incredibly obsessed with sex and having a million babies" deal. But since he's been living on the streets for years pre-canon, it could be an involuntary thing, brought on by the rough circumstances, that he embraces. And then this determination/fortunate coincidence runs smack into the massive feelings Tsuna brings up in him. Since those are inextricably tied up with his job, presenting might still not be something he welcomes. Or if he stays null, what would that mean about the sexual aspect of a relationship? On Tsuna's side, is the idea of DIY pseudo-castration terrifying in that Gokudera way, or is it not unheard of? If it's involuntary, I'd love Tsuna to get indignant and protective about how rough Gokudera's life was and try to do things for him. Or maybe the null thing is actually kinda nice to his mind, because there's one big way in which Gokudera is calmer than the majority of people.
b!Sawada Tsuna/o!Gokudera Hayato
I'd love to see a whole lot of wondering about "worthiness" here, for pre-relationship or an established relationship. Tsuna wondering if he could be enough for an omega, especially one as attractive and energetic as Gokudera; Gokudera feeling like a big old mess of a heat machine compared to Tsuna, or like he should want to stay at home and bear new Vongola heirs. Alternately, this could be 100% porn about how to get in-heat!Gokudera satisfactorily laid because I feel like it would take A LOT to get him down for the count. I'm waiving my fisting DNW here, he could probably take it. Toys? The occasional friend pitching in? Somnophilia arrangement? - "Omegas Are Rare So It's Common For Them To Have Multiple Alphas At Once": for this one I'd still prefer just Enji/Hawks. Maybe multiple partners is backstory for Enji, or him having had 1-0 alphas in his life is another thing accounting for his poor public approval ratings.
- Apply or take away as much of the canon as needed. Canon divergence, mundane setting, powers but no massive villain threat, AU in a completely different setting, solid PWP where the worldbuilding is barely visible around the edges, etc.
- There are plenty of big issues and high stakes in these two's lives, and I'd love to see how omegaverse could serve as another wrench that gets tossed into situations. Maybe quirks get affected by rut or heat? Does Enji's familial disaster look different when he's the one having kids (or is at least capable of it)? Maybe Hawks's undercover training or missions took other turns? I'm down for brute animal instinct fucking things up, or giving an unexpected advantage, or sheer willpower & competence porn overcoming the instincts (but possibly still with side effects. Like urgently needing to dick down.).
- Feel free to make the omegaverse more avian than canine/lupine. With just Hawks, or in general. But if so then uh, DNW corkscrew dicks like ducks have.

- "Sudden-onset omegaverse due to unexplained phenomenon": It would be hilarious if this suddenly started happening with 30yo virgins instead. Or maybe it's what gets Kurosawa to start pursuing Adachi; everything around attraction has been turned upside down, so why not go for it.
- In this world even hornier than ours, I'd be down for Adachi seeing WAY wilder things in Kurosawa's fantasies. Still sweet! But also endlessly porny and sometimes physically improbable.
- Maybe omegaverse Adachi is no longer a virgin, because heat/rut/generally more relaxed sexual mores. In that case, what prompts the get-together? Sudden heat or rut, drunk confession, Kurosawa being unable to help initiating courtship rituals, jealousy?

- I'd love plain old teen romance with these three, no supernatural elements just A/B/O. What does a typical triad get-together look like in omegaverse? Or if it's atypical, how do they manage that? Does it start with Nancy/Steve as in canon or with a different pair?
- Monster hunting together, but in omegaverse the sense of smell proves to be an advantage. It would be hilarious if at least one of them is a total bloodhound for Upside Down happenings. Hell, maybe one of them sniffs out the demogorgon before it gets Barb, sending events in a whole new direction.
- The scene with Steve finding Jonathan and Nancy together in her room, but only mildly put out instead of jealous. And possibly also starting to angle for all three of them to start making out.

- Breakups being a lot messier with lingering instinctive protectiveness and frequent new dangers in the mix. I'd love some on/off and nebulous boundaries and literal sleeping together (euphemistic kind also welcome).
- I would really like to see what they look like with different gender roles, whatever those might be in omegaverse. With Nancy especially that could have a big effect, so how would she feel about Steve in a scenario where social dynamics are weighted differently?
- Handwave the incompatibility issues away for a sec, I'd be here for pure cuteness. I found them adorable in s1 while things were going well.
o!Billy/a!Steve:
- The way Billy started messing with Steve instantly and while getting increasingly naked for a time there, I can't help but decide he was attracted. So with an omegaverse take I'd love something where Billy has zero hang-ups about acting on an attraction and there is much less posturing getting in the way at the start.
- Or maybe things do go more like canon, but there's "we could be so compatible" animal instinct underneath it all and they're angrily protecting each other while still being aggressive towards each other.
- Above all I love a Billy that loves taking dick, so there's no going wrong with some of that.

I always wished that these three could be together. I love Hanako so much, and I consider Lilly’s story the Golden route. Why not have them somehow end up together after Hanako’s good ending. Lilly stays in Japan, Hanako feels loved, Hisao is with the two wonderful girls...
It would be a bonus to me if you get rid of Rin. Rin sucks. Make her go internationally famous and miserable like in her bad ending.
